The Progressive Orthodontics App is a powerful tool for restorative-orthodontic cases, helping you to understand, simulate, and plan your treatment. We will be showcasing how best to utilize the application, which you can access with a Medit Link account.
We will highlight how to leverage the simplicity of the app for fast and efficient case selection, diagnosis, patient education, and treatment planning of brackets and clear aligner orthodontic treatment.
About the Speakers:
Dr. Alice Whang is a dentist from Australia with over 10 years of experience in digital dentistry, prosthodontics, clear aligners and implant surgery. She is a mentor to many and serves as a Clinical Product Strategy Lead at Medit where she leads the product portfolio, strategy and end-to-end product innovation, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring that Medit’s solutions meet the evolving needs of dental professionals worldwide.
Dr. Collins Harrell is a general dentist from San Clemente, CA with over 15 years of experience in orthodontics including brackets and clear aligners. He is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and the benefits of orthodontics as part of comprehensive dental care. Dr. Harrell is the clinical director and head instructor at Progressive Orthodontic Seminars where he teaches, mentors and consults doctors and instructors around the world, writes seminars and develops products, strategy and support.

Dr. John Heimke, DMD MPH FAGD | Oral Design - Cleveland is an accomplished Cosmetic - Implant Dentist with over 35 years of experience. Dr. Heimke is private solo restorative practice in Cleveland, Ohio. He is known for his exceptional talents and unique skill sets in creating, amazing natural smiles. Emphasizing “The Smile Artist Approach” to make the smile come “Alive” He utilizes Facial Aesthetics - Oral Design, Digital Smile Design, 3D FaceScans, IntraOral scans, Exocad and Digital - Analog Dentistry. He is an expert in Emotional Dentistry, "The Aging Smile”, Smile Makeovers, Full Mouth Reconstruction, via Porcelain Veneers, Crowns, Bridges, Dental Implants, Full Arch Implant-Monolithic Zirconia Bridge, and Dentures.
Dr. John Heimke is a 1989 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, earning his degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). He also earned a graduate degree, Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Emory University. His Residency: Advanced Education Program in General Dentistry was completed at Ft. Benning, Ga., while serving in the U.S. Army Medical Department as a Captain. Dr. Heimke is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and Fellow of The Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Heimke in October 2019 was invited into the prestigious Oral Design International Foundation by founder Master Ceramist, Mr. Willi Geller, in Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Heimke is an Oral Design member, Oral Design-Cleveland. Dr. Heimke is DentalXP Expert and Lecturer. He is a DSD Master/Instructor. Visiting faculty NYU FMR. He is a lecturer on Smile Design, Cosmetic Dentistry, Digital - Analog Dentistry Workflows, Full Arch Implants, Marketing, Consults, and Case Acceptance. Dr. Heimke has been hi-lighted in numerous media, to include, TV, Radio, and Print. He is a visionary, teacher, international and national lecturer, and humanitarian.
